OVERVIEW
We are currently taking bookings for any period during 2008 and 2009, when we will be offering a 9 day visit to either San Francisco or Los Angeles. This allows for 7 full days and 8 nights in America.
You will see from the itinerary proposal attached how this time is allocated. Some details may change for 2008/9 and it should be taken as a guide of the probable content, not as a fixed structure.
An alternative is to choose the longer 11 days / 10 nights in the US tour, which combines 6 nights in San Francisco, 1 night in San Simeon (for Hearst Castle) and 3 nights in Los Angeles.

Option 1 - San Francisco - 9 days 
- Return flights UK/San Francisco

- Half day city tour by coach with commentary by official city guide to include downtown areas, Twin Peaks, Fisherman's Wharf
- Detailed workshop programme working with actors from the American Conservatory Theatre in San Francisco
- Bay Cruise to view the bay area, Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz Island
- Free time to explore downtown, Fisherman's Wharf, Chinatown and Berkeley (for the University and Telegraph Avenue)

Option 2 - Los Angeles - 9 days 
- Return flights UK / Los Angeles

- 8 nights accommodation at the Best Western Redondo Beach Hotel on a bed and full American Breakfast basis Redondo Beach is located approximately 45 minutes south of downtown LA, 20 minutes from the airport, in a lovely beach side residential area, recognised for its greater personal safety than some downtown areas. The hotel has an outside pool and jacuzzi with sun loungers and the beach front is a few minutes away
- Full day city tour by coach with commentary by official city guide to include Hollywood Bowl, Beverley Hills, Sunset Drive, Mann's Chinese Theatre
- Detailed workshop programme working with American actors

SUMMARY
- The tour prices are inclusive of all the above
- Additional visits may be booked on behalf of the group and, where an entrance or ticket fee is payable, this is indicated in the itinerary
- Should you wish to proceed further please telephone our office and request a provisional booking form
- Deposits will be £150.00 per paying passenger and a payment structure will also be forwarded
- We will be delighted to arrange a parent's presentation evening to launch the trip officially, if you feel this would help. Otherwise, please request posters, parent's letters and photos for your own promotions
- If you wish to travel as a single group you should be aiming to recruit a group of 40 students which will also include four free staff places
- We can also offer reduced prices for additional staff or staff family members (limited availability)

Your contract for the provision of flights is with the ATOL holder. For accommodation and other ground arrangements your contract is with Dramart Productions Ltd and the terms and conditions are available on request.
